[Towa's set up a cute little iron garden table in the back for them. She's dressed a bit more casually than usual; signs of her work in the garden dusting the bottom of her dress.]
Oooh, that sounds wonderful! Please, have a seat.
[The back yard is split into a few different areas. There are two gardens-- one far larger than the other. But there are also two distinct memorials in the back as well. One has rose bushes planted beside it while the other has a fresh arrangement sitting beside it.
Towa pops over to take a seat as well.]
I just finished up a few minutes ago-- sorry I didn't have a chance to change into something nicer.
[Edelgard glides over and settles her bundle down on the table, eyeing the outfit before she takes a seat of her own.]
I'm not exactly dressed up.
[A white shirt with a high collar and brown trousers, with the same pair of gloves she always wears. There's not a single bit of skin showing below her jaw, as per usual.]
This is just my 'day to day' wear, such as it is. And you've taken enough effort in inviting me.
Eheh... I suppose you have a point. Still, you always look so elegant...
[She'll begin preparing the tea for the both of them; fresh tea leaves steeping in a small hand crafted tea pot. It has a unique aroma, but nothing as unpleasant or strong as potions tend to get.]
I used cinnamon and vanilla beans to help cut through the bitterness.
And thank you. That sounds nice. What effect were you trying to have with this? I know magic can leave a strange taste depending on what the effect is.
Actually, I've... been having some trouble sleeping lately. So I was trying to make something pleasant that might help with a calming effect.
[Not wanting to dwell on her own problems, she continues explaining her thought process with a smile.]
And the more I thought about it, I figured that was probably something we could all use a little, from time to time. A lot happens in this city-- sometimes you just want to take a step back from it all and relax. Get your bearings.
Oh, yes that's definitely something that all of us can use. This city is nothing short of chaotic most of the time. What was it you came up with, Towa?

I can send you the directions to my house. If you'd like, I can set something up so we can sit out back, or I can set up inside.

Give me, perhaps an hour?

[This is just Emperor's day wear...at night.]
And thank you. That sounds nice. What effect were you trying to have with this? I know magic can leave a strange taste depending on what the effect is.

[Consider her intrigued.]
